How close are you to Ruidoso's Midtown?
We're just a short walk across the Rio Ruidoso, approximately 90 seconds, to arrive in the heart of Midtown.

What is the parking setup at the Resort?
Parking areas, both paved in our upper lot and gravel in our lower lot, are ample and available at no cost and no pass or stickers are required for our guests. RVs are allowed ONLY with advanced approval as we do allow them in times of slower visitation as space allows.

Is the property
smoke free?
All units are non-smoking but we do allow smoking and smoking waste receptacles are available by the firepit in our courtyard.
Are pets allowed?
A select few of our units are available to host canines only. See our Pet Policy Page for details. We also have a well lovely, grassy poop area with sitting bench and a fireplug to inspire your best friend!
How far you from the ski mountain'?
We are approximately 6 miles to the Ski Run RD turn off and then you'll ascend another 11 miles to the Ski Apache parking lot.

Do you offer a shuttle?
No, nor is there one available in town.

Is it going to snow at Christmas?
Hmmm, we typically can't predict future weather but can say historical trends favor some precipitation in December. Also, Ski Apache has an extensive snow making operation so even in dry years the lower mountain is skiable. For more info on weather and ski condition details, visit the

Does the resort have a hot tub or swimming pool?
We do not.

Do you offer military, senior of first responder discounts?
We offer a discount for active Active Military and Border Patrol personnel with a valid ID. Click here for details.
Is there a fitness facility at the Resort?
No, but we provide COMPLIMENTARY day passes to access the Anytime Fitness Club located approximately 3/4 mile from the Resort at 2927 Sudderth DR (anytimefitness.com) which you can use during their staffed hours. The club also offers a $25.00 two week pass for purchase which allows the user to access the club 24/7 during that period.
